After receiving a suitable Job description, PTS seeks out, identifies, and recruits viable candidates. In this process, through an in-depth interview, we first determine the suitability of the candidates as to skill set and desire. We then present to the candidate a full description of the client company and the benefits of working there.
PTS does a general reference check of every candidate presented.
